Every hospital has a set of regulations they must adhere to, but currently, they manage this process through 500-page binders and rely on pen and paper to keep track of everything.

In this three-part series, our first phase involved redesigning her homepage, creating a login screen for member profiles, and launching an online training platform—an innovation that hadn’t been implemented before (this was before the COVID era).

I was hired by Raymond J. Adams Co. to design and develop a completely new website from the ground up. For this project, I conducted competitive analysis, user surveys, and interviews, while also delivering graphic design elements and high-fidelity prototypes.
